Continuation of Glenwood Place 6 Estate Lots Public Hearing

Contination of Public Hearing - CB Blair Development Corp. application to create 6 estate lots on Glenwood Place
Hearing opened at 8:04pm
Norm notified everyone that a special permit requires a vote of the supermajority of 4 out of 5 board members. Board member, Tim Nahrwold, is not available to participate either in person or remotely for this meeting.
The trust document, which was the topic of discussion for the last meeting, was sent to KP Law for review and they have responded.
Norm would like all 5 members available to be able to vote. If Tim does not participate, having already missed the one allowable meeting, he would be excluded from future votes if the meeting continued as scheduled. Jeff Bagg recommended they reschedule the meeting for continuity sake. Patricia Roy questioned if the board knew in advance that Tim would be unavailable to participate. The answer was no. He originally was going to participate remotely, but was ultimately unable. The board only learned this right before the meeting. Tim would be able to participate remotely from Kentucky on July 25th.
Dick moved to recess the Public Hearing to July 25, 2017 at 7:00pm. Shawn 2nd, all in favor.
Public hearing recessed at 8:10pm.
