Public Hearing Minutes 1/10/17

Guests: Julian Votruba (Need LLC), Clea Blair Jr (Blair Development)
Continuation of Public Hearing to consider the application of C.B. Blair Development Corp. for a Special Permit to construct a common driveway servicing 104B Main Street.
Hearing reopened at 7:23pm. The board reviewed the map of the common driveway and were satisfied with the corrections. Addison made a motion to close the hearing. Marilyn 2nd, all in favor. Public Hearing closed at 7:36PM.
