Public Hearing - Continuation on Public Hearing on 7 Estate Lots on Spruce Hill Estates submitted by JM Soucy Contracting Inc.
Opened: 8:36pm
It was announced that Tim Nahrwold was participating by telephone due to him being on vacation out of state.
Norm stated that there needs to be a condition on approval that the 3 common driveways special permits be applied for and granted before building permits can be granted. Lots 11&10, lots 4& 14 and 8&9 will have common driveways. It was noted that it incorrectly stated in previous minutes that there were 2 common driveways. Julian stated that the plans did not change; he just missed mentioning the 3rd driveway when he was listing them at the previous meeting.
Discussion ensued about when the permit could be signed. Jeff said he would have the notice of decision drafted for the next meeting on May 23rd. Tim will remote call in again. He can physically sign it on May 26th.
Jeff Bagg stated the cell tower would need a special permit if they choose to go forth with that plan. The driveway easement running parallel with Main Street will not be used for a parallel driveway.
Dick moved to close the public hearing. Marilyn 2nd. Dick – aye, Marilyn – aye, Norm – aye, Nahrwold – aye, Moore – abstain.
