Glenwood Road Common Driveway Public Hearing
Location: Rutland Town Hall Annex 246 Main Street
Present: Norman Anderson, chairman; Marilyn Sidoti; Shawn Moore; Dick Williams; Jeff Bagg, planner
Remote Participation: Tim Nahrwold by telephone due to being out of state
Guests: Peter Craine, Zach Massa, Kristen Cammuso, Mark Elbag, Jr., Eileen Shanahan, Thomas Ruchala
Public Hearing – Elbag Brothers, Inc. application for a common driveway servicing 2-4 Glenwood Road
Hearing opened at 6:46pm
The homeowners’ agreement was reviewed by town council (reference: email from Amy Kwesell on 11/8/17). There are two missing items. Elbag requested that addressing these items be put as a condition of approval on the permit. The board agreed. There were no comments from the public. Revised plans were submitted electronically on 11/3/17 and are dated 10/2/17. The board reviewed the revised plans. Tim was sent a copy electronically. Jeff reviewed the common driveway criteria with the board. Tim questioned the signage. There will be signs at Glenwood Road and at each intersection. They will be numbered 178A, 178B, and 178C.
Prior to the certificate of occupancy the new HOA that adheres to town counsel’s requests should be submitted to the planning board. Laurie will send a letter to Cassanelli regarding this.
Dick motioned to close the public hearing. Shawn 2nd. A roll call vote was taken. Dick Williams -aye, Shawn Moore – aye, – aye, Marilyn Sidoti – aye, Norm Anderson – aye, Tim Nahrwold – aye.
The public hearing closed at 6:57pm.
