Location: Rutland Town Hall Annex 246 Main Street

Public Hearing – Elbag Brothers, Inc. application for a common driveway servicing 2-4 Glenwood Road
Hearing opened at 7:34pm
Norm read the legal ad. The board reviewed the plans. The house is drawn in the wrong location and needs to be moved back. This will be added as a condition of approval. Jerry Powers did the homeowners’ agreement draft. Tim was very happy with the homeowners’ agreement. Jeff reviewed the regulations with the board. The driveway will be grindings, not a base coat as the plans suggest. Norm feels town council should review the homeowners’ agreement. Jeff will send the HOA to KP.
Shawn motioned to continue the public hearing on November 14, 2017 at 6:45pm. Tim 2nd, all in favor.
The public hearing recessed at 8:03pm.
