Location: Rutland Town Hall Annex 246 Main Street

Guests: Mark Elbag, Jr., Thomas Ruchala, Robert Liptak, Reed Palmer, Seth Knipe
Public Hearing – Elbag Brothers, Inc. application to create an estate lot at Lot 2 Glenwood Road
Hearing opened at 7:00pm
Norm read the legal ad. Elbag presented the plans. There are 4 lots on this plan of which 3 are ANRS that were recently endorsed. The board reviewed the plans. Robert Liptak brought up that a lot should have adequate access from the road where the frontage is located. Seth wants to know if the frontage gives the address. This is the safety concern. Jeff questioned whether the frontage and the access have to be on the same road. Tom Ruchala said they always numbered the houses by the access location. Tim felt they should have KP look at these plans. Ruchala suggested they build a cul de sac. Elbag does not have enough space to build a road up to regulations in this location. Marilyn made a motion to close the public hearing. Dick 2nd, all in favor.
The public hearing closed at 7:21pm.
