Public Hearing – Lussier application for a Special Permit for Mixed Use Property in the Town Center District
Hearing opened at 7:32pm
Norm read the legal ad. Norm stated that a special permit requires a vote of a super majority of the planning board which is four members. Only three members were able to be present this evening. Norm suggested that the meeting be recessed due to the absent board members. Marilyn made a motion to continue the meeting on 11/14/17 at 7:30pm. Shawn 2nd, all in favor.
The public hearing recessed at 7:34pm.
