Location: Rutland Town Hall Annex 246 Main Street
Present: Norman Anderson, chairman; Marilyn Sidoti; Shawn Moore
Guests: Mark Elbag, Jr., Thomas Ruchala, Eileen Shanahan, Nancy and Robert Buck, Robert Liptak
Public Hearing – Elbag Brothers, Inc. application to create an estate lot on Lot 7 Prospect Street
Hearing opened at 7:02pm
Norm read the legal ad. Norm stated that a special permit requires a vote of a super majority of the planning board which is four members. Only three members were able to be present this evening. Norm suggested that the meeting be recessed due to the absent board members. Shawn made a motion to continue the meeting due to not having a super quorum. The meeting will be continued on October 24th at 7:20pm. Marilyn 2nd, all in favor.
The public hearing recessed at 7:05pm.
