Hearing opened 7:04pm
Chairman read the legal ad.
Mullen Rule was referenced; however a supermajority vote is needed.
Hearing was continued to 4/12 at 7:00pm.
For discussion only:
Mr. Christopher Pera (Surveyor) presented the plan on behalf of Mr. Marc Curtis, Developer.
Abutters:
- Abutter does not want to see the estate lots.
Advised that its forest land behind the house. The house will not be seen. Discussion ensued.
Chairman Anderson explained the requirements for a special permit for estate lots (five acres of land with 50 ft. frontage)
- Abutter concerned with wetlands near proposed site.
Discussion ensued.
Abutters were encouraged to return for deliberations on 4/12 at 7:00pm.
Of note: Mr. Pera was asked to bring the abutters’ list to the next meeting (he only brought self addressed stamped envelopes for legal ad). He was also asked to bring a check for $4.41 to Susan Ducharme for legal ad postage( mailing to abutting towns, Attorney General, CMRPC, etc.).
Susan gave him the receipt.
