Meeting opened at 6:33pm
4.26.16 – Addison moved to approve with corrections, Marilyn 2nd, all in favor.
4/26/16 Public hearing on zoning amendment – Dick moved to approve, Addison 2nd, all in favor.
Campbell Street/Pommogusett Road - 2 lots (ANR) and 3 estate lots (#3, 4, 5)
Plan was reviewed. Addison moved to accept the application for a special permit for 3 estate lots and to accept the fee for the future ANRS (Check # 2034 from J & K Ventures) $1,050.00.
Dick 2nd, all in favor.
Public hearing: June 14, 2016 at 7:00pm.
104A Main Street/Common driveway – Plan was reviewed.
Section 15, Article 4 was referenced and discussion ensued.
Need check, location and application. Chairman will phone Mr. Blair.

- Letter pertaininig to Mr. Gibbs strip of land on Route 68 (Hubbardston/Rutland line):
Mr. Macaruso would like to build a wood-working shop there.
Addison moved to inform Selectemen that the Planning Board has not interest in Mr. Gibbs 61A property, Marilyn 2nd, all in favor.
- CMRPC Annual Dinner Meeting: June 9th at Leicester Country Club

- Chairman referenced the letter he sent to Attorney Cranston regarding Dog Day Care
discussed at the last meeting with Sherry Lamorticelli of 539 East County Road.
- Invoice from Jackie O’Brien for $110.00 for copy paper – Chairman will speak with Jackie O’Brien
- Invoice regarding Bear Hill II Release of Covenant for $500.00
- Invoice re: Milliken Brook special permit for $300.00 – Chairman thinks he paid this. He will check.
- Brice Lemon Subdivision joint meeting (5/12 at 10:00am) with Mariel Stone, DEP, Worcester.
- Subdivision Rules and Regulations: Dick suggested the Board revisit
- “ Contiguous”
- Homeowners Association: Open Space on Brice Lemon was never set up for Homeowners Association. Discussion ensued. Brunelle Subdivisions were referenced. Suggested: Board will revisit to have new planner, when hired, research this.
- Central Tree sidewalks/shared driveway were referenced.
- Like Kind Soil Bylaw warrant article removed: Marilyn Sidoti, Chairman of the Zoning By-law Subcommittee stated that she had the article removed as a lot of the bylaw needed to be re-written. A brief discussion ensued.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:40pm.
