Dick moved to accept with corrections, Addison 2nd, all in favor.

ANRS:

Plan was reviewed. Verbiage and dotted line correction on the plan needs to be done before the Board can endorse the plan (Reference p. 2908 on the plan).
One deed will be added to another deed. A new ANR is needed to show all metes and bounds. Julian stated that a triangle is being created so applicant can purchase from Keyway Properties “not a house lot” will be denoted on the plan.
Dick moved to endorse, Tim 2nd, all in favor. Check in the amount of $400.00 will be brought to Town Clerk.
Mr. Ross is adding to his lot. Plan was reviewed.
Dick moved to endorse the plan, Addison 2nd, all in favor. Check #1308 was received in the amount of $400.00.
Brief discussion prior to public hearing continuation on Brice Lemon Estates:
The Board will require something conventional first to establish a lot count (can be an endorsed ANR plan).
7:30pm. Meeting recessed for public hearing on Open Space Special permit submittal/Michael Gasparoni on Campbell Street:
Meeting reconvened at 7:41pm.
Mr. Gasparoni stated that National Grid will not give him power to make the connection. Everything is done and all buried. He will need easements.
Nothing can be done for the 21 day appeal period. After the Board signs off at the next meeting. He will have to record the plan.
Mr. Gasparoni was informed that a special permit will be needed for the common driveways. Conditions of approval and findings will be done for next meeting.
Mr. Gasparoni will return at 7/29 at 7:30pm.
Tim moved to approved the open space special permit for 7 lots on Campbell Street for Mr. Gasparoni, Addison 2nd, all in favor. Vote: 5 yes
Tim moved to approve the 2 common driveways off of Campbell Street, Addison 2nd, all in favor. Vote 5 yes.
7:49pm: Meeting recessed for public hearing continuation on Brice Lemon Estates.
Meeting closed at 9:53pm.
