Open meeting: 6:31pm
- 11/25/14 - Addison moved to approve with corrections, Dick 2nd, all in favor.
- 11.10.14 – Marilyn moved to approve the minutes, Dick 2nd, all in favor.
- Discussion on Brice Lemon sewer lines and road: Dick stated that Gary Kellaher has an issue with the manholes/sewer and water lines. Dick would like to see them on the side.
Addison stated that he spoke with George Johnson, prior water superintendent, who is of the opinion that they should be down the middle.
Dick stated that he would like to hear something in the future about a way to do this.
3. Sunnyhill Estates bonds issues in the amount of $25,000 letter from Traveler’s Insurance Company releasing bond and Travelers from any responsibility (letter read at previous meeting:
Dick asked Chairman Anderson if he spoke with town counsel about what the Planning Board’s responsibility is pertaining to the matter. Who is the oblige? Does the town need to sign off on this? What would be the best way to shut down the parts of the subdivision that are not accepted?
Chairman stated that he has not spoken to Attorney Cranston. He will contact him.
- Mr. Dave Szczurko and his wife, Maureen/Prescott Street: Mr. Szczurko stated that he would like to relocate building a home where he and his wife were originally planning to build. This would be in the TC II Zone. He owns both lots, had some DCR problems where he was originally going to build. He would like to break up the lot keeping 100 foot right of way for sewerage and water. The planning board signed the original plan with a lot denoted on the plan but it was never recorded. After a discussion, Dick moved to endorse the plan, Addison 2nd, all in favor.
Check number in the amount of $ was received.
- Mail: Card from Mr. Ed Yaglou to Chairman was referenced. Mr. Yaglou stated that he appreciated Chairman’s patience, perseverance and spunk as he dealt with an old friend, C.B. Blair, and the Brice Lemon Estates project. Chairman stated the Board deserved credit as well.
- Planning Board stipends: Chairman submitted these.
- Payroll: Chairman submitted October and November payroll for Susan to Jackie O’Brien.
- Rutland Town Planner: Eighteen applicants applied. Four candidates will be interviewing next week.
- McAllister Definitive Subdivision Plan: Chairman motioned to continue the public hearing on McAllister Definitive Subdivision plan and special permit for open space as there is no new information to discuss. Mr. Blair was contacted via phone call this evening. He agreed to the extension on both subdivision plan and special permit for open space to 7/30/15.
Chairman Anderson continued with motion to extend the open space special permit and subdivision deadline to 7/30/15, Addison 2nd, all in favor. Chairman Anderson will bring document to Mr. Blair tomorrow for signature then to Town Clerk.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:43pm.
