Open meeting: 6:39pm
- Review minutes of 11/26/13 and 11/12/13
- Regular meeting minutes 11/12/13: Dick moved to accept, Addison 2nd, all in favor.
- Miliken Brook Public Hearing 11/12/13: Dick moved to accept, Addison 2nd, all in favor.
- RDIC Public Hearing: Dick moved to accept, Addison 2nd, all in favor.
- Regular meeting minutes of 11/26/13: Dick moved to accept with corrections, Addison 2nd, all in favor.
- Demond Pond ROW public hearing: Addison moved to accept with corrections, Marilyn 2nd, all in favor.
- ANR Plan related to Fox Run/George Lussier:
Plan was reviewed. Dick moved to endorse, Tim 2nd, all in favor.
Check for $500.00 was received (check number 3318).
Meeting recessed for public hearing on Demond Pond ROW
Meeting reconvened.
- Demond Pond ROW: Public hearing continued to 7:00pm on 1/14/14 with the agreement that the hearing will continue but cannot be changed. Hearing will not close until 1/28/14 at 7:00pm.
- ANR Plan Prescott Street/ Fred Martin:
Plan was reviewed. Mr. Martin is selling off 1 lot (200 ft. frontage).
Dick moved to endorse, Marilyn 2nd, all in favor. Check for $400.00 (#2808) was received.
Board agreed to an extension to 12/11/2014. Susan will send to Mr. Blair to sign and return a copy to the planning board office for next meeting.
