Hearing opened at 7:00 PM
Chairman stated that this is is a continuation of public hearing for approval to create an estate lot on Maple Ave.
Plan was reviewed and is now clearly marked as an “estate lot which will not be further subdivided”.
The plan also contains empty blocks for Planning Board signatures.
Dick moved to close the public hearing, Addison 2nd, all in favor.
