RUTLAND PLANNING BOARD MINUTES

Guests: Doreen Dunn, George Lussier
Minutes of regular meeting on 5/22/12 were reviewed. Addison moved to accept with corrections, Dick 2nd all in favor.
- Brunelle North Bond Release:
Doreen Dunn is here to request a bond release on Brunelle North. Carlson Way was accepted on 5/19/12. The Board requested that Doreen obtain a letter from Gary Kellaher, DPW stating that he is okay with it. The Board will await receipt of the letter.
- Mr. George Lussier request for public hearing on 3 estate lots on Campbell Street.
Plan was reviewed. Public Hearing will be scheduled for 7/10/12 at 7:30pm to follow Mr. Lussier’s hearing for 6 estate lots on Campbell Street
Addison move t o endorse the plan, Dick 2nd, all in favor.
Check number 2631 was received (ANR fees and special permit fees $650.00 and $500.00)
Total: $1,150.00
- Building Inspector (Rick Travers) letter regarding Mr. George Lussier’s Self Storage proposal:
Chairman read letter of denial from Mr. Travers.
- Mr. Marc Elbag’s 3 estate lots – completed. Copy to Town Clerk and Mr. Elbag
- Site Plan approval on Glenwood Road (MassPV2, LLC) Solar Project
Addison moved to grant the site plan approval for MassPV2, LLC Solar Facility, Dick 2nd, all in favor. – completed. Copies will be sent to DPW, Town Clerk, Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Selectmen and Mr. Gus Abalo.
The Board asked Susan to email Stephanie to see what her intent is (either remain on the Board or submit her resignation).
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:15pm.
