1. Review Minutes of 8/9/11 and 8/23:
- 8/9/11- Dick moved to approve with corrections, Tim 2nd, all in favor. Addison abstained.

2. Invoices: Table to next meeting
3. C&S Builders/Carlson Way:
Mr. Gengel is seeking acceptance on Carlson Way (Highlands of Brunelle West).
Town meeting is 10/24/11 (warrants are in)
Hold to January, 2012
4. Memo from Jackie O’Brien, Selectmen’s Office:
Selectmen Peter Letsky, and adjunct teacher at Salter College, is offering assistance: in the form of student internships to any departments in need of office help.
Susan will contact Jackie to request assistance.
5. Capital Improvement Memo from the Planning Commission (10K or more):
A brief discussion ensued.
6. ANR/8 Prescott Lane/Fred Martin:
Mr. Martin would like to break off a piece of land. Plan was reviewed. Mr. Martin will go to the Board of Health to make sure that it perks and will return to the planning board with $400.00 check with mylar and 3 copies of the plan if it does.
7. Memos
- Planning Board warrant articles for town meeting are all set.
- FY 2011 has come to an end. Planning Board report is due by October 20th. Susan will prepare and review with Chairman Anderson.
- Wind Wise Massachusetts: Copies given to members.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:20pm.
