Legal ad notice was read by Chairman Anderson.
Mr. Elbag presented plan which was reviewed. Nothing has been changed.
Addison moved to endorse Mr. Elbag’s plan and approve the special permit for an estate lot.
Dick 2nd, all in favor.
Addison moved to adjourn meeting at 8:35pm, Stephanie 2nd, all in favor.
Mr. Elbag submitted a form A with check for $400.00 (#9528). Previous check for $500.00 for ANR (#9521).
Hearing closed at 6:55pm.
