Meeting opened at 6:30pm
- Review of minutes of 12/8/09:
Minutes approved with corrections.
Tim moved, Lester 2nd, all in favor.
Susan Ducharme Payroll 12/09 $293.96
Tim moved to approve, Lester 2nd, all in favor.
Meeting recessed at 6:44pm for public hearing for Mr. Roger Salonis, 2 estate lots.
Meeting reconvened at 6:51pm. Chairman moved to approve 2 estate lots for Mr. Salonis, Dick 2nd, all in favor.
- Discussions on Bear Hill Subdivision:
Steve Parker met on site with Bill Richard of Cullinan Engineering and Gary Kellaher, DPW Superintendent. Mr. Richard will subcontract with a bridge engineer. He will also write a report and proposal which he will bring on 1/12/09 at 7:00pm.
Discussion ensued. Bridge will need to meet standards and if there is anything wrong
with the bridge Mr. Blair will have to fix it. Road next to Mary Scannell’s property (Part of the original Brintnal Estates) was also referenced and will be discussed later this evening.
Meeting recessed at 7:10pm for public hearing continuation Subdivision Rules and Regulations and Quinn Engineering report on regulations sent to him for review.
Meeting reconvened at 7:55pm.
- Marilyn Sidoti Appointment to the Planning Board By-law Subcommittee:
Ms. Sidoti’s letter of request was read.
Dick moved to appoint her as a member of the committee, Lester 2nd, all in favor.
- Memorandum received from the Selectmen on Cameron Drive and C&S Builders requesting road acceptance:
Both memorandums were referenced. The Selectmen will be meeting soon to discuss
Cameron Drive road acceptance.
Steve Parker will check with Jackie O’Brien tomorrow to see if review by the state on
the Conservation Restriction was received and if number of days requirement has been
satisfied.
6. Discussions on Brintnal Estates:
Original Brintnal plan was 1979. Was plan rescinded by the Board?
Minutes pertaining to this will be checked.
7. Deborah Shriver/Information on the EPA’s Environmental Education Grant:
Thank you letter was sent to Ms. Shriver.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 9:25pm.
