- Opening of meeting by the Chair: Scott Gilroy opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
- Review & Acceptance of Minutes: Elliott Nadeau motioned to accept the minutes of September 25, 2017. Karin Prucnal seconded. Vote was unanimous.
The Board of Health will be referred to as the “Board”.
New Business:
Bear Hill Pump Station
Gary Kellaher attended. Karin Prucnal recused herself from this discussion.
The Board and Gary Kellaher discussed the Cease & Desist Order from the Board of Health to Clealand Blair Jr. regarding the pump station servicing the Bear Hill Subdivision.
Old Business:
Financial Affairs – Licenses and Permits of Delinquent Taxpayers By-Law
The Board will send an email to the Treasurer’s office for requested inspectional services to ensure owners are in compliance with their taxes.
Bonnie Besse – Bigelow Mobile Homes
The Board discussed Bonnie Besse’s situation with the Campground permits and the overdue taxes. Bonnie has agreed to pay the overdue taxes and apply for the campground permits for 2017 & 2018. All payments are up to date and the Treasurer’s office has said it is ok to issue permits. The Board received a letter from the Attorney General’s office and matters have been addressed with them that shouldn’t impact the Board from issuing permits.

Flu Clinic
The Board discussed the upcoming flu season and flu clinic on November 11. Everything is in place to have the clinic on November 11.

Administrative:
Next scheduled meeting is December 11, 2017 @ 6:00 p.m.
Bills: none
Adjournment: Scott Gilroy made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Elliott Nadeau seconded. Vote was unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
