BOARD OF HEALTH MINUTES                         PAGE 2 OF 2                           November 2, 2015

Health Agent’s Report:

15 Anthony Drive – Randy will be calling Mrs. Charbonneau’s lawyer and daughter regarding the status of her property.

211 Main Street – Randy will be sending a letter regarding the status of the house on the property.

Correspondence:

VNA Letter – The Board reviewed the letter from the VNA regarding them no longer providing communicable disease assistance to the Towns effective January 1, 2016.  The Board would like to see if the Wachusett Medical Reserve Corps can provide that service.  The DPH has been informed by the VNA and the Board has also emailed them to see what assistance they could provide.

Administrative:

The Board discussed if the Town would have a single hauler rather than two in response to a resident’s inquiry.   The Board said that there are no plans in the near future to have one hauler.  The department does not have the means to have only one hauler because of administrative costs.

Next scheduled meeting is December 7, 2015 @ 6:00 p.m.

Bills:  signed

Adjournment:  Scott Gilroy made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Elliott Butch Nadeau seconded. All in favor.  Meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
