- Opening of meeting by the Chair: Scott Gilroy opened the meeting at 6:05 p.m.
- Acceptance of Minutes: Karin Prucnal motioned to accept the minutes of June 17, 2013. Scott Gilroy seconded. All in favor.
The Board of Health will be referred to as the “Board”.
New Business: none
Old Business: Overlook
The Board discussed the Overlook Project. Proposed limits rather than actual limits were discussed. Joe Dell’Aquila stated that Phil Guerin from City of Worcester will share the results of testing. A letter regarding soil follow up has been sent to Kevin Gervais, Lighthouse Environmental with a copy to interested parties.

E-mail from Sheila Dibb, Re: Trash Haulers
Scott Gilroy said that Sheila Dibb can contact him if she would like to discuss trash haulers. A voice mail message was left for her.
New correspondence: Mark O’Clair, 8 Forest Hill Drive – Sewer Line
A letter has been sent to Mr. O’Clair from Randy Mizereck.

Next scheduled meeting is August 19, 2013 @ 6:00 p.m.
