Meeting Minutes

Meeting Called to order: 7:08

- Schedule of event approval: Suggest to move Frank R (DJ) on Saturday schedule to 2:30 to 4:30. Schedule looks good. Carrie will confirm with organizers in April. All three Marching bands are available. Fireworks confirmed-Rain Date of Friday July 5th. Missy will check if bands have available rain date.
Missy spoke about the truck / trailer for the banners. Jaime Puize volunteered to drive. Suggested to identify people to keep the parade moving throughout the parade route to prevent gaps in parade
- Logo reveal: Keep the main logo for the front of the T-Shirts just change year. Discuss to advertise t-shirts in the Landmark, Facebook, and the website. T-shirts will only be sold on line. Possible make up cards with T-Shirt website so people know where to go. Advertise T-Shirts at Townwide Yard Sale
- Grand Marshall: Accepted / confirmed.
- Announce theme on social media: Post to Facebook.
- Any new business- Barbara will reach out to Wachusett Singers to sing at parade. Cub Scouts to sell food during the Townwide yard sale. Missy sent email to Ben Frost and copied.
