Meeting opened at 7:05 PM
Business:
Starting 2018 with a little over $10,000
April 28th – date of Yard Sale
Schedule of Events reviewed.
At this time, schedule will be the same as past years. Discussed possibly moving the Lip Sync to Sunday night and having a band on Saturday night instead. Tabled til next meeting
Carrie will talk to Girl Scout Troop to see if Friday June 29th will work for Bon Fire
Grand Marshal:
Vote and Approved Lynne Amsden and Karen Greenwood as Grand Marshals for the 2018 parade
Theme:
List provided for theme suggestions. Discussion followed.
Voted and approved the 2018 Theme of “Imagine”
Vendor forms will be sent out to all previous participants
Motion made to adjourn and seconded
