Voted and Approved the 2016 Theme of “It’s a Rutland Thing …
Request made by Ed Novak to reverse parade route as reviewing stands on left is wrong, as they should be on the right hand side of the color guard.
This request was taken into consideration. However, it was inadvisable to reverse the route as this would cause issues with parade formation along with registration starting point.
耀 Town Wide Yard Sale
- April 30th is date of this year’s event
- Senior High Youth Fellowship will hold Chicken BBQ
- Rubbish totes needed on Town Common – will check with DPW

- July 3rd Fireworks
- Have contacted The Otters to perform again
- Ideas brought up to change Lip Sync to some other event. No decision made
