Meeting opened at 7:08 PM
Business:
Fund Raising –
Will receive $4,500 from town to help defray the cost of the 4th of July events.
Town Wide Yard Sale –
$3,915 received. Committee still needs to complete paying bils prior to submitting final report.
Parade –
Have secured judges for the parade from Devereux
Vendors –
Will discuss with Selectmen and Town Manager about an ordinance in regards to outside vendors selling in town from July 1st to July 5th
Schedule of Events –
Have hired The Otters for $500.00 for Fireworks night
Motion made to adjourn and seconded
