Business:
Fund Raising –
Letter sent to Selectmen and Finance Committee in regards to receiving any funding from Town for events. Note made that no town funding has been used to defray the cost of these events since 2005
Elise Milliken to check with Harvard Pilgrim if they will sponsor the Band Concert band
Town Wide Yard Sale –
No committee report presented
Parade –
Will check with Devereux school to see if they can provide judges for the parade.
Vendors –
No information available at this time.
Schedule of Events –
Events will be held July 3, 4 & 5th
Junior Olympics will be held Saturday July 4th (Morning)
