Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

Present: Lyndon Nichols, Carol Martens, Iain McKinlay, Karen Nahrwold
Absent: Tom Ruchala, Brian Stidsen
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
MINUTES
Lyndon made the motion to accept the minutes from the 11/1/18 meeting. Carol seconded the motion. Unanimous.
STM Warrant Review
Discussion as to whether we had made motions on all warrants. We went through the warrant and found that we had.
As there was no one else in attendance to discuss the rest of the agenda items, Lyndon made the motion to adjourn. Carol seconded the motion. Unanimous to adjourn at 7:09.
