Notes: Board motioned to approve with standard conditions and an added condition (#25) that a boulder wall be placed along the wetland line where disturbance occurs within 25' of the wetland. The wall shall be placed prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance and will remain in perpetuity.
Discussions:
Peter gave an update that he has recently seen Eric Bigelow and he is still caught up with work at the Cape, hence his absence from the last few meetings.
The Commission discussed writing a letter of recommendation to the BOS for the appointment of Skip Clark to the ConComm. The board voted and approved that Melissa write the letter.
Board reviewed the National Grid utility maintenance notification for replacement of poles.
Tomeca was absent from the meeting, so Melissa recorded the minutes and Tomeca typed them for submission.
