Notes: Construction of a single family house on a 5.5 acre lot within the 100 foot buffer zone, the septic is outside of that. There is a Zone A on the property, but construction is well outside of it (app. 400 feet). There is no flood zone, large amount of fill will be needed. Just a silt fence is planned right now, so the board would like hay bales or straw wattles placed along the northern portion of the driveway. This will be added as a special condition to the orders. No other concerns from the board, so hearing continued to March 19, 2019 @ 7:20 P.M. because a DEP number has not yet been issued.
