Discussions:
51 River Rd.—Home owner reached out to the Conservation Commission regarding the rain garden on their property not draining properly. The builder is not required to remedy any issues until 2019 according to a written agreement with the homeowners. Upon inspection, the commission finds that it is working properly according to its design and the issues raised by the property owner are not within the ConComm’s jurisdiction.
