AMP Solar, Order of Conditions--199 Glenwood Rd.--Hearing opened at 7:34 P.M. Motion made to close the hearing--Motion made by Peter, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:46 P.M.
Notes: Hearing was continued to await comments from the DEP. These comments were addressed as follows: appears that there is a Zone A on the property, so the project has been modified so that all BMPs have been moved out of Zone A. Roadway has been re-aligned and no wetland fill is proposed. Site plans were corrected to amend original errors. DEP was concerned that existing dirt road had been expanded in recent years, but it has not been and there’s no evidence of bank along the roadway. DEP concerned about seed mixes being used, ASD Glenwood will use seed mix proposed in the plan set unless otherwise indicated by the ConComm. Areas outside of the fencing will be monitored for vegetation growth on an annual basis, shading will also be monitored as necessary. No longer a need for a 401 Water
Quality Certification because there will no longer be filling in the wetlands. No other concerns raised by the board.
AMP Solar, Order of Conditions— 29 Campbell Court—Hearing opened at 7:46 P.M. Motion made
to continue hearing to December 18th @ 7:15 P.M.—Motion made by Peter, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:49 P.M. Notes: DEP has asked that detention basins be re-located. This needs to be completed prior to issuing conditions, so hearing continued to December 18th @ 7:15 P.M.
Discussions:
Steve Lange, 266 Pommogussett Rd., needed to obtain a signature from Joe for the town’s building permit checklist. He is adding an addition, no wetlands in the area so no concerns from the board.
