Motion to accept meeting minutes from December 19, 2017—Motion made by Shawn, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 7:36 P.M.
Motion accept/sign certificate of compliance for Joseph Crum, 325 Main St.--Motion made by Peter, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 7:38 P.M.
Motion to move forward with cease & desist notice for Bruce LaBoffa, 53 Pommogussett Rd.--Motion made by Jake, seconded by Shawn; abstaining from the vote: Joe, Scott & Eric at 7:45 P.M.

14 Maple Spring Dr.--Questions from the building inspector with regard to issuing a permit, but the proposed work is within the buffer zone. Process will be held until proper filings are provided.
