Discussions
Determination of Applicability, Bullard Properties, Central Tree Road
They are looking to get a determination on whether a swale is within the jurisdiction and if they have to file a Notice of Intent.  It is on the corner of John Roberts Drive and Central Tree Road.  A site walk was done on April 6th with other members going between then and tonight.  They are outside of the buffer zone.  Motion to give a Negative Determination made by Shawn, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:16 PM.  A Determination of Applicability will be signed at the next meeting.

Glenwood Place
Joe asked Dick if he had any thoughts or information on this area.  Dick remembers being a kid going to get sawdust, and remembers some other things on the area.  He knows that right now there are ANR’s and that is all at this point that he is aware of.

Earth Removal By-law
We are all set with this, and it is out of our hands for now.  The proposed by-laws will be put on the website tomorrow and it is in the hands of the By-law committee now.  Dick said that if the By-law gets approved he is going to ask for a site walk on the Conservation property.  He thinks a solar field would be a great idea for the area.  He thinks the Town should have to go through the process to see what it entails.
