Motion to continue hearing for Lot 1, Pommogussett Rd. to January 2, 2018—Motion made by Peter, seconded by Jake; vote unanimous at 7:18 P.M.
Motion to close meeting—Motion made by Jake, seconded by Scott, vote unanimous at 7:33 P.M.
Hearings:
Under Chapter 131, Section 40—hearing opened at 7:17 P.M. for amendment to order of conditions for Lot 1, Pommogussett Rd. Julian Votruba from New England Environmental Design LLC was not able to attend due to a scheduling conflict. There was no one from the public in attendance. Motion made to continue hearing to January 2, 2018 at 7:10 P.M.
