Discussions
Doug & Shelley Travers, 51B River Road
The rain garden is not draining.  The driveway silt fencing fell and is not draining on the other side.  Scott told her that it is supposed to hold water and not drain right away.  She said that since they added the tailing the draining is not working and there is silt going across the driveway.  The issue is silt fencing must be maintained by Mr. Blair, and he has 2 years to finish completion of the whole garden, but the erosion controls must be maintained.  Scott will talk to Mr. Blair tomorrow about the erosion controls.  Jake said they have to do the spillway and rip rap on the other side of the driveway as well.  There has been a lot of rain so there could be some time before the water recedes back to the ground.  Peter asked Scott to let Mr. Blair know the garden isn’t draining.  Scott will mention it, but he is going to ask an engineer he knows first.  Mrs. Travers thinks silt is getting into the pipe now that the silt fencing has been broken.  Jake is concerned about the Board having to mitigate between homeowners and builders, and thinks that we should come up with a way to deal with these issues in the future.

Rail Trail
One of the culvert pipes collapsed between Glenwood and Watson Lane.  They will be coming in next meeting.

DOT has a problem on 122A – there is siltation from dirt piles clogging the culvert pipe under Anthony Drive.  Joe spoke with Mr. Blair and he is supposed to take care of it.
