Motion to approve August 15, 2017 Minutes – Motion made by Peter, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:06 PM.
Determination of Applicability, Maple Realty Trust – Motion to sign and extend for 5 years made by Scott, seconded by Peter; vote unanimous at 7:09 PM.
Motion to appoint Peter to be the ConCom representative on the Earthworks Board made by Joe, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:14 PM, with Peter abstaining.
Motion to close meeting – Motion made by Scott, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:50 PM.

Notice of Intent, Bullard Properties, Inc., Central Tree Road. DEP File #277-0492. Green cards received. Hearing opened at 7:15 PM.
There is a ruling with DEP that calls one section a Wetland Resource Area. The water will continue to go the way it is going. There is very little to no grading. There will be piping under the driveway, and they moved the house 20 feet to give more room between the wetlands. Joe asked Julian if they should put the pipe closer to the edge and/or in the right of way or get an easement from the town because that pipe is draining the whole street. Julian will look into it. There were no other questions. Motion to close made by Peter, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:27 PM.

DCR came out to the property 2 days ago and were okay with it. They are out of the 100 foot buffer zone. They received a Determination of Applicability as well from the DEP. There were no other questions. Motion to close made by Shawn, seconded by Peter; vote unanimous at 7:30 PM.

Construction of a single family home with associated grading. They are out of the 100 foot buffer zone. There were no other questions. Motion to close made by Peter, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:38 PM.

Treasure Valley 2 and Golden Hills Solar
They are requesting a Certificate of Compliance for each. We will do a site walk on September 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
