Hearings

Notice of Intent, Rick Borger, 47 Irish Lane

Hearing opened at 7:32 PM. Green cards received. Norman Hill was here to present for the applicant. They have a failed septic system; they have a cesspool now. They are putting in a new septic system. They have sent a request to Jeff Lacy for an advisory ruling. It is a long driveway. They are designing the septic for a 3 bedroom house, but it is only a 2 bedroom house. There were no questions. Joe said we should add as a condition “subject to a variance”. Motion to close made by Shawn, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:37 PM.

Notice of Intent, Ronald Ernenwien, 175 East County Road

Hearing opened at 7:43 PM. This is a revision to their plan. The tank will be updated to the current, applicable standards. Motion to close made by Scott, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:45 PM.

Discussions
Jim Digioia, 20 Paddock Road

Looking to purchase the property and build a house. He is in the 200 foot buffer. Joe said they have to go to DCR and make sure they can build on that lot. If DCR says they are good, they can come to us and get approval. They appear to potentially touch the wetlands. He will speak to DCR.
