Hearing Opened at 7:35 P.M. Green cards received. Single family house proposed. Will have a rock wall wrip wrap slope wall. Dick asked about DCR stating they own some land. Julian is not aware of that and believes it is false. They will be connected to town sewer. Motion to close hearing made by Scott; seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:36 P.M.

Hearing opened at 7:40 P.M. Green cards received. Mike just asked if the water level will be affected with all the work. Julian said no, he should not have a problem. Jennifer asked Julian who he specifically has dealt with and asked him to not be general when saying he went walking with DCR. Julian told her a list of people he had dealt with. Julian said are in the 100’ and closest point is 5 feet. It will have town sewer. Mike asked what if he has a problem in the future – Julian said he is at least 15 feet higher than the water so it shouldn’t go towards him, and he shouldn’t have a problem. Motion to close hearing made by Shawn, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:36 P.M.

Hearing opened at 7:45 P.M. Green cards received. Julian said this is a middle lot with a single family home. They are at least 50 feet away from the wetlands. Standard erosion controls will be put in place and they will be altering as little as possible. They will be connected to town sewer. This is not an estate lot. Motion to close hearing made by Peter, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:46 P.M.

Hearing opened at 7:50 P.M. Green cards received. This is another single family home, with very little grading. They will be connecting to town sewer. Dick asked if he had permits from the Board of Health. Julian said he’s going to get those next. Motion to close made by Scott, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:54 PM.
Notice of Intent, River Road Estates, LLC, Lot 1, River Road
Hearing Opened at 7:55 P.M. They are building a single family home. This will have a septic – 100 feet away from the buffer zone. The driveway has a variance already. Some grading will be done. This is the only one over there that needs a Notice of Intent because they are within 100 feet. Jennifer asked if there is a file number from DEP, because she didn’t think we could close hearing without a file number. Joe told her the hearing can be closed, but the Order can not be issued without a file number. Motion to close hearing made by Shawn; seconded by Peter; vote unanimous at 7:57 P.M.
Discussions
Rob McNeil, Determination of Applicability, Takala Property, Kenwood Drive and Walnut Street
Ralph is looking for soil evaluations on the property for possible ANR’s (Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area Delineation); it was treed a few years back but there is a lot of growth that has happened. They are looking for a Negative Determination so they can clean the area to do testing. They are planning on using a FECON mower to clean up the area for testing and surveying. Peter asked how far down it will go. Rob said inches. They don’t want to go too far down and will leave the chippings.

Julian said this is a middle lot. There is not much grading and will be outside of the buffer zone.
