Motion to close meeting – Motion made by Shawn, seconded by Dick; vote unanimous at 9:04 PM.

Reviewed the Open Space Plan Document
Section 7
Peter wanted to remind that this needed to be rewritten with SCORP added to it.
Section 8
The State wanted the goals prioritized and Peter thought we should just do the prioritizing on the actions and not the objectives. On Objective 1 we added Rutland Land Conservancy to preserve the scenic/historic resources. Everyone agreed and prioritized the goals, characterized the priority level of each action, and edited the Plan as we reviewed.
