Motion to approve Minutes from October 18, 2016 – Motion made by Peter, seconded by Dick; vote unanimous at 8:29 PM.
Motion to close meeting – Motion made by Jake, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 9:00 PM.

Reviewed the Open Space Plan Document
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Karla spoke to Margaret about Ted being nominated the Coordinator. Margaret said she has to go to the Board of Selectmen and will then send us a letter approving Ted as the ADA Coordinator. Peter said we need ADA forms for anything the Town owns and runs, like Memorial Field.
Maps
- Protected Areas – Karla said Bob Liptak could do a map with permanently protected areas – Peter got the map off the MA GIS website as of yesterday, so the map is done.
- Water Resources – Peter said that this map is also completed.
- Unique Features Map – this map still needs updating.
Section 7
Karla is going to work on this and ask Cindy Liptak for some help rewriting the section.
The last 4 things needed before sending the Open Space Plan for comments, etc. are the following:
- Appendix E – ADA Information
- Appendix A – needs a little revamping, which Peter will do
- Section 7 – Karla will be completing with Cindy’s help
- Map 5, Unique Features map
