Discussions

Reviewed the Open Space Plan Document

Page 4 – History picture – Peter said Dick sent him two pictures, and would like to know which picture he should use. Joe would like both pictures in this Section. Everyone agrees – keeping both pictures.

Section 3 – Dick said we should add Town Administrator in the first paragraph. Dick also thinks we should add “geographical center” to Section 3.A. Peter will edit both sections with the additions.

Page 9 – Peter said that Dick commented that the by-law does not regulate growth. Dick said the by-law is to manage subdivision regulation. Peter will come back to that and review.

Page 11 – Dick said that Central MA Regional build out to 1-1/2 acres and not 2 acres. Peter thanks him for finding that and will fix.

Peter is asking for a volunteer or two for help with updating the red areas – page 34 – all the red areas are from 2011. Peter said that as far as the Wachusett Greenprint – Peter said it still exists but he can’t find it. Dick and Joe think that Gary has this info.

Peter will be through all this and to the Appendixes by next meeting.

Stephanie asked if there was an actual deadline or a goal. Karla said there isn’t a hard deadline but we should get it done sooner rather than later, and would like to see it done in November.

Joe will work on Management Needs and Peter will work on goals needs.

Respectfully Submitted,
