Order of Conditions, Lussier Enterprises, Inc., Lot 2, Barre-Paxton Road – Motion to sign Order made by Shawn, seconded by Peter; vote unanimous at 7:20 PM.
Minutes from July 21, 2015 – Motion to approve minutes made by Peter, seconded by Eric; vote unanimous at 7:25 PM.
Minutes from August 4, 2015 – Motion to approve amended minutes made by Eric, seconded by Joe; minutes approved at 7:30 PM. Peter, Shawn and Nancy abstained. Joe relinquished the chair to Peter so that he may vote due to the others abstaining.

Determination of Applicability, Lot 1, Crawford Road
Julian did the original work. The house, etc. is going to be way out of any wetlands.
By-Law Discussion
Joe asked for everyone to bring in the bylaw email that was sent out to everyone to the next meeting to review and adopt our own bylaw for the next town meeting. The by-law will give the Town the opportunity to receive a numeration and will give some oversight.
