Irish Lane, Bushy Lane & Barrack Hill Road
The Board of Selectmen are voting on this next Tuesday. The road grindings done and it is an emergency repair. This won’t be loose gravel on the sides of the road; it is compacted very tightly. This is going to be paid for with grant money, and because of that there are time constraints to complete it. They are grading down 4-6 inches and they may put a drainage pipe on the top of Irish Lane. There is just enough pitch to put a pipe in.
Emergency Certification Form
The work will start tomorrow, May 20, 2015. This is to repair the boat ramp.
Brice-Lemon
Willard asked if anyone has heard anything since the site walk. Joe said Bill Pula was supposed to call him after their site walk, but he hasn’t called yet; Joe thinks there should be rulings from the State fairly soon and we should hear something. Willard looked into past notes and said that the site walk is supposed to be at the end of May. We will wait to hear something.
