Hearings
Bear Hill Estates, Inc. Lot 24, 18 Grizzly Drive Notice of Intent
Hearing opened at 7:18 PM. Green cards received. There is an advanced drainage system put in instead of a detention basin. They are building a retention wall and the erosion controls were replaced this spring. The only activity near the wetlands is the grading. There will be a right of way and it will be a full walkout basement on the house and there shouldn’t be a lot of water. There will also be a drainage easement. The last lot will have a detention basin on it. Joe said that we could add as a condition that the homeowner can not build past the retention wall. Motion to close made by Shawn, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:27 PM.
Bear Hill Estates, Lot 25, 16 Grizzly Drive Notice of Intent
Hearing opened at 7:28 PM. Green cards received. This is the next lot. It is going to be the same as Lot 24. Motion to close hearing made by Eric, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 7:34 PM.
Elbag Brothers, Inc., Lot 27, 142 Glenwood Road
Hearing opened at 7:38 PM. Green cards received. This is just grading in the buffer zone. It will be a long driveway, and a nice private lot. It is just outside the watershed. Motion to close made by Nancy, seconded by Eric; vote unanimous at 7:41 PM.
Elbag Brothers, Inc., Lot 1, 271 Glenwood Road
Hearing opened at 7:42 PM. Green cards received. This is the one that is the first lot on the left on Glenwood. The well is outside of the Buffer zone. Eric asked if he was sure there was a culvert and Mark said yes, it was a stone culvert. Eric was concerned about the neighbor and Mark said that he has spoken to the neighbor and they are working together. The neighbor was concerned about property lines and Mark said that has been resolved. Motion to close hearing made by Willard, seconded by Nancy; vote unanimous at 7:50 PM.
Discussions
Brice-Lemon Estates Update
Joe spoke to Mr. Blair who was hesitant to redoing the wetland lines. Joe told him he had to redo the wetland delineation because it really is a new project. Mr. Blair said he was going to call DEP for their opinion, and DEP agreed the new delineation should be done. Ecotec is doing the new delineation.
Ridge Road
Someone called about cutting and work going through wetlands on Ridge Road by the Princeton town line. We received 2 forest cutting plans on the project, but Scott will take a look prior to next meeting.
