Minutes from January 7, 2014 – Motion to approve minutes made by Shawn, seconded by Nancy; vote passed at 7:01 PM with Eric abstaining.
Motion to send Blair Enterprises a letter for Wheeler Road – Motion to sign made by Eric, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:14 PM.
Motion to close meeting – Motion made by Nancy, seconded by Eric; vote unanimous at 8:02 PM.

Meetings on January 21, 2014, and February 17, 2014 were cancelled due to the weather.
Meeting on February 4, 2014 was not held due to missing the cut off for posting of the agenda.
George Johnson, 14 Glenwood Road
Blair Enterprises is building houses on Wheeler Road. Runoff from the sites is coming down into his backyard. Mr. Johnson would like to have the water diverted away from his property. Joe viewed the area of concern and spoke to Dan Leahy and the builder promised to fix the issue but it hasn’t been fixed yet. George is concerned that there will be more water coming down when the snow starts melting again. There is significant runoff from the building site. There are no hay bales and no silt fencing up.
Julian Votruba, River Road Notice of Intent for Blair Enterprises
They are going to create Estate Lots over 5 acres each. They had to file a MEPA and DEP has seen this and they are awaiting approval. They are within 200 feet and are going to get 7 lots. Driveways are within 100 feet and that is why they are filing. There are endangered species (a shiner) on the property, so they are going through all the channels now to protect the species. They will not be touching the wetlands but may be in the 100’ buffer. Hearing will be March 18th at 7:15 PM.
