Rutland Cable Advisory Committee
Meeting Minutes – October 21, 2015
Present were: Chairman Paul Mattson, Ray Becker, Kathy Clark, Addison Redfield, Brenda Savoie, and guest Skip Clark.
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM.
Minutes
A motion to approve the minutes of June 10, July 8, and September 9, 2015 (Kathy/Addison) passed 5/0.
Bills and Accounts
Addison submitted bills for S & S - in the amount of $1,445.58, Rutland Hardware- $255.93 & $18.99, Rexel Electric- $254.11, $37.19, & $107.54, and also a reimbursement for a Home Depot receipt. The Committee signed off on the bills.
An updated Treasurers Report will be provided at the next meeting.
Old Business
Job Description
Paul will determine the number of hours needed to fill the position.
Station Manager’s Minutes
Addison reported:
- Ceiling tiles and door frames are in
- Glass for Control Room is on order
- Lighting has been installed
- HVAC work is progressing slowly
- Bay Path students are doing a great job
- Rugs and drapes will be next on the list
New Business
Paul reported that Glenwood Elementary has a system for hearing impaired which can be used by the CAC.
Future meeting dates:
November 18th at 6:30 PM at the Library in the new Studio
December 2 at 6:30 PM in the Wood Studio
Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM. All were in favor.
