Meeting Minutes – July 8, 2015
Present were: Chairman Paul Mattson, Kathy Clark, Addison Redfield, Brenda Savoie, and guest Skip Clark.
The meeting was called to order at 6:34 PM.

Bills and Accounts
Paul reported he is still working on reconciling and will provide an update at the next meeting.
Old Business
Consultant Progress
Paul is working with the consultant on equipment details and and RFP will soon be available.
Professional Conduct/Ethics Policy
Paul will find out if the committee needs to sign and return the forms.
New Business
Purchase of New Laptop
The current laptop is no longer working. Paul received a quote from Dell for a new laptop in the amount of $948.35.
A motion to purchase the new laptop to replace the current one that is no longer working (Addison/Ray) passed 5/0.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:04 PM. All were in favor.
