PRESENT: Michael S. Pantos, Chairman, Leroy C. Clark, Joseph R. Becker, Wayne Walker, Sheila Dibb and Margaret Nartowicz.
7:20pm Mr. Pantos reopened the regular session after executive session.
OPEN SESSION:
Margaret Nartowicz, Rutland’s new town Administrator was introduced on camera.
Mr. Becker moved to sign the town administrator contract. Mr. Clark 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
Two copies of the contract were signed by Ms. Nartowicz, the Selectboard and Anita Carlson, Town Clerk.
Mr. Clark made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Becker 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
