PRESENT: Michael S. Pantos, Chairman, Wayne Walker, Joseph R. Becker, Sheila Dibb and Diane M. Cook, Administrative Secretary. Mr. Clark absent.
OPEN MEETING:
6:00pm Mr. Pantos opened the meeting.
Mr. Becker made a motion to move into Executive Session for Reason#2: to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel – Town Administrator contract negotiations with Margaret Z. Nartowicz. and then back into open session for purposes of adjournment only. Michael S. Pantos – Aye, Wayne Walker - Aye, Joseph R. Becker - Aye, Sheila Dibb – Aye. Vote unanimous.
Mr. Becker make a motion to adjourn at 7:44pm. Mr. Walker 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
