Present: Michael S. Pantos, Chairman, Joseph Becker, Vice Chairman, Wayne A. Walker, Leroy C. Clark, Sheila Dibb
Call to order at 6:00pm by Mr. Becker.
Discussion was held regarding Ballot Questions #2 and #3.
Mr. Clark made a motion to remove both Ballot Questions #2 and #3. Ms. Dibb 2nd the motion. Vote was unanimous.
It was agreed to swap the order of Ballot Questions#1 and #4.
Discussion was held regarding Articles #20 and #21.
Ms. Dibb made a motion to remove both Articles #20 and #21. Mr. Walker 2nd the motion. Vote was unanimous.
Discussion was held regarding Article #28.
Ms. Dibb made a motion to remove Article #28. Mr. Clark 2nd the motion. Vote was unanimous.
Discussion was held regarding an additional Article to be placed on the subject of Ballot Question #2.
Mr. Clark made a motion to place an Article to assess an additional $735k in real estate and personal property taxes (Ballot question #1). Ms. Dibb 2nd the motion. Vote was unanimous.
Ms. Dibb made a motion to place (see Ballot question #4). Mr. Clark 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
Ms. Dibb made a motion to appoint Robert Donelson to the Solar Committee. Mr. Clark 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
Ms. Dibb made a motion to appoint Diane Peterson to the Solar Committee. Mr. Clark 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
At 6:50pm Ms. Dibb made a motion to adjourn to a joint meeting with the Finance Committee. Mr. Clark 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
